LYNFORD TRAIL

Date: 10 & 11 September (Registration on Friday 9 September)

The Lynford Trail offers 2 days of trail running through varied terrain from Natural indigenous Bush, Dairy farms, Timber Plantations and Misty Grasslands. Home to Protected Blue Swallow and Oribi.

FULLY CATERED STAGE RACES INCLUDE:

• TENTED ACCOMMODATION FROM Friday to Sunday: including tent & mattress

Registration on Friday night 

• Registration is on Friday from 17h00-19h00
• Race Briefing at 6.30pm

Saturday Races

• Ultra 50km: Start at 6am.
• Bull Stage: Start at 7am.
• Heifer & Steer Stage: Start at 8am.
• All races START and FINISH at Lynford School.

Sunday Races

• Race Briefing 07h50 on the main field.
• 15km race start at 08h00 and 8km race starts at 08h10. 5km kids race starts at 08h15.
• All races START and FINISH at Lynford School.
