Heritage Day Trail Run

Celebrate your proudly South African heritage at the Heritage Day Trail Run in partnership with ASICS at the amazing De Grendel Wine Estate!

Routes:

All the routes start and end at the race village next to the restaurant at De Grendel.

The 5km is a pleasant runs past the dam and around the fields and is perfect for families and walkers.

The longer 10km adds some climbing but makes up with breathtaking views and is for the avid intermediate runner.

The epic 18km will make the lungs and legs work but is the best view in the house of the Atlantic Ocean and one of the 7 natural wonders of the world, Table Mountain.

Race Start Times: 

7:30am – 18km

8:00am – 10km

8:15am – 5km

Race briefing will be 10 minutes before each start time.
