- Normal parking fees will be applied – parking at own risk
- Tog bag area available
- Club gazebos welcome
- Participation at own risk
- Baby strollers welcome on the 5km fun run
- Medical assistance will be available
- Refreshment stations at approximately every 3km
- Athletes in wheelchairs are welcome in the 5km, 10km and 21km events
- The entry fee is non refundable
- Please do not discard water sachets or coke cups in gardens or drains
