A fast-and-flat, circular route through Hartenbos and Bayview.

Medals are awarded to the first 450 finishers of the 10km, and colour-glazed medals to the first 200 finishers of the 4km. There is a lucky draw.

Pre-entries, on aswd.co.za, close on 22 December at 11:59pm. You can also enter on 30 December, between 2pm and 7pm, or on race day, between 4:30am and 5:45am. No post_id and/or template
