OBS Winter Run (Virtual Run)
Seriously, who wants to run when it’s cold??? Winter to me means soup and freshly baked bread, hot chocolate with small marshmallows, bonfires and warm blankets… STOP!!! Time to change our view of winter! Winter = Preparing the summer body!!!
Run or walk any distance between 20 June – 5 July 2020 to earn this very special medal! This distance must be done in one go…
Upload your results by latest 13 July 2020 at 12 noon to claim your medal. Upload results by making a screenshot of the app you used to measure your distance. Use app like runkeeper, or your garmin… My Account, under the race you did, click on Upload. Click on Choose file and select the screenshot from your device. Then click Upload. Any upload after this date will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and you will not get your medals. Also upload a photo of you running in your winter gear on our Facebook page (Virtual Runner SA). (This is not compulsory, but we just want to share in your pain)
Once you have submitted, impatiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal…
