Franschhoek Recce Run – MaxiRace 2023

Welcome to our first Maxi Recce for 2023!

This year we are proud to announce that Stellies Shakeout Running Crew will plan and lead runners over two separate distances, depending on your fitness level. Routes aren’t marked, instead you will receive a GPX file of the route and guidance from the SSO crew leader.

You won’t be racing, but instead enjoy the trails, views and conversations over a couple of hours of exploration, followed by lunch and a couple of cold ones!

Coffee, Lunch and your First beer is included in your entry!

Get your family and friends to join you afterwards for lunch – Hey Joe Brewing Co. has great food, better views and a Kid’s Area.

Distance Options:

25-30km* – Starts @ 8:00 from Hey Joe Brewco. (Registration from 7:00 with your coffee)

12-15km* – Starts @ 9:00 from Hey Joe Brewco. (Registration from 8:15 with your coffee)
