The new Under Armour Flow Velociti Wind was designed to make every runner better. How is that possible? Recognising that the heaviest part of every running shoe is the rubber outsole, Under Armour decided to do away with the outsole completely. 

The result is a Unicorn shoe. It does so many things so well: it’s light, fast and snappy.

But traction is also vital; so the designers borrowed from the advanced Under Armour technology already used to great effect on basketball courts. A one-piece Flow midsole takes over the function of the now non-existent rubber outsole, and provides a lightweight, well-cushioned ride. It’s still durable, and provides excellent traction on wet and dry surfaces and in all conditions. 

The Warp™ upper optimises foot containment with a lightweight lockdown, and allows maximum breathability.

Sometimes you hit that moment in the run when everything just seems effortless, as if you’re running with the wind at your back: that’s a Flow state.
