Brooks has unveiled the Ghost 17, the latest evolution of its global best-selling shoe. With meaningful performance upgrades and a bold new look, the Ghost 17 delivers the smooth, balanced ride that runners rely on – now with even more comfort and energy return.

At the heart of the update is the continued use of DNA LOFT v3, Brooks’ premium nitrogen-infused foam that delivers soft, responsive cushioning. The stack height increases to 36mm in the heel and 26mm in the forefoot, offering a more protective and cushioned feel – especially under the forefoot, an area where wear testers sought more comfort.

This change results in a new 10mm heel-to-toe drop, a first for the Ghost series, giving runners a more balanced platform and smoother transitions with every stride.

The Ghost 17 features a refreshed upper crafted with a double jacquard air mesh that’s breathable and supportive. A sleeker silhouette, speed-flared heel, and PU-reinforced eyelets contribute to a more dynamic and aesthetic look while enhancing overall durability.
