The Ghost 16 is the first in the beloved Ghost series containing DNA Loft V3 cushioning, which can already be found in the Glycerin series. Due to the infused nitrogen the cushioning is 10% lighter, 9% softer and gives 10% more energy return than DNA Loft V2.

Enhanced Durability and Traction
The introduction of a new RoadTack rubber in the Ghost 16 not only boosts the shoe’s durability, but also its friction capabilities. This allows the Ghost 16 to maintain its stack height while offering better longevity, ensuring that runners can tackle more miles. The shoe offers a soft and responsive ride, a secure fit and a smooth transition. The Brooks Ghost 16 is equipped with an enhanced air mesh upper.
