MEDIHELP MONSTER |

Entries are open for the Medihelp Sunrise Monster taking place on Saturday, 4 March in Pretoria, Gauteng. Medihelp Medical Aid, one of the largest self-administered medical schemes in South Africa, will once again host this exciting running event, known as the ultimate Comrades conditioner.

The tough 32km Monster, together with the 21km Half Monster and 10km Mini Monster, are sure to provide novice and experienced runners and walkers with a distance which will test their strengths. There is also a 5km fun run/walk that family and friends can enjoy.

The 32km Sunrise Monster provides the perfect challenge for devoted runners. The demanding route passes through the Groenkloof Nature Reserve and leafy suburbs of Pretoria. With a maximum elevation of 1 554m, runners can expect some taxing climbs, as well as some off-road running through the Klapperkop Nature Reserve.
Participants will leave the starting point for both the Monster and Half Monster at sunrise at 06:03, followed by the Mini Monster at 06:30 and the Baby Monster at 06:45.
