Meiringspoort Half Marathon & 12.5km
Meiringspoort Half Marathon & 12.5km is a road-running race and half marathon in Western Cape, covering 21.1km and 12.5km, on 13 October 2018.
This popular, road-running race was started in 1993. It passes through the majestic Swartberg Mountains.
There is transport to the start from NG Church Hall, De Rust, between 4:45am and 5:30am. Free coffee, tea and rusks are served at the start. Participants are advised to bring a blanket.
Medals are awarded to all finishers who complete the race within the cut-off time and prizes to category winners. There is a lucky draw.
Pre-entries, on meiringspoort21.co.za, are limited to 1100 for the 12.5km and 2000 for the 21.1km.
