Karkloof 100 Miler – 3 Days is a trail-running race in KwaZulu-Natal, covering 161km and 80km, from 21 to 23 September 2018.

A 100 Mile endurance footrace in the Karkloof, renowned for its indigenous forests, wetlands and grasslands. It’s an out-and-back course modeled on some of the top international 100-mile races. Pacers are allowed to join athletes from the half-way mark.

The race is an Ultra-trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) qualifier, and has been allocated six qualifying points.
