Race Numbers:

All runners must wear the official race number on the front of their vest.

Race numbers cannot be exchanged other than through the Entry Ninja substitution process.

T-Shirts:

A free T-Shirt for the first 200 21km entrants.

Race Rules

1. This meeting takes place under the rules of the IAAF, ASA, CGA and any regulations in place on the day of the race.

2. All entrants will participate under the rules of ASA, CGA and any regulations in place on the day of the race.; it is the athlete’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations.

3. All runners participate at their own risk.

4. Athletes running the 10 and 21km distances must wear current year’s ASA license number at the front and back of their vest and race number must be at the front of their vest.

5. Athletes must be medically fit to participate; it is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure medical fitness prior to the participation to this event.

6. Participants will have the option to run or walk.

7. No animals/pets are allowed to participate.

8. Runners should obey traffic officials and race official’s instructions.

9. The race committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.

10. Water / hydration stations will be available approximately every 3 kilometres on the route.
