A circular, flat route around Rietvlei, with spectacular views of Table Mountain.

Avbob has been sponsoring the race for 38 years, which is one of the longest sponsorships of a road-running race in South Africa.

Choose between a finisher’s medal or a souvenir glass. Slices of watermelon are given to all finishers. Prizes are awarded to category winners and there are lots of lucky prizes.
