– There will be security for the duration of the event

– You have 24 hours to complete the distance

How it works:

Full Everest = 135km

This is 15 ascents – one-way

It’s about 9km per ascent/climb

Half Everest = 67.5km

7.5 climbs one way up to the halfway water station

Quarter Everest = 33.75

4 ascents one way
