Food and drink:

There will be a take-away food and drinks station at the start/finish line. If you intend/want to have a “sit-down” meal after the run, please “pre-book” a table with Vadas Smokery & Bakery – 021 809 1137.

New start/finish area:

The run will start and finish at a new location at Spier. When you parked your vehicle, you should be able to see us, straight across the car park – on the other side of the lake, nearest to the “road”bridge crossing the river to the farm.

DISTANCE OPTIONS:

•    5km or 10km. Both are timed. Various categories.
•    3km fun run/walk/jog. Not timed

The 10km is a “trail run” although we do understand most runners walk the hills. Rather enter for the 3km or 5km if you would like to walk. No dogs/pets allowed at the venue or on the trails please. Both the 5km and 10km is timed.
The 3km is a non timed walk/jog/fun run.

• You can claim vitality points for the timed events.
• Registration and late-one-the-day entries from 17h40 – 18h40.
• Run briefing – 18h50 for all distances.

> 10km – starts 19h00. Please note – for the slower runners, please bring a head torch to ensure you don’t get caught in dim/darkness toward the finish.
>5km – 19h10 start
>3km > 19h15 start

Late-on-the-day, entry fees: Please try and bring smaller notes or even better – the correct money if you late enter:-) We also have a yoco, card payment machine. Please note that a 3% charge is added to your transaction – Yoco charges.

>3km – R30.00 pre entries. R40 for late entries.
>5KM – R 60.00pp for pre entries. R80 for late entries
>10km – R100.00 for pre entries. R120 for late entries

Online/pre entries close at 17h00, two days before the run date.

Please consider PRE ENTERING as it saves you money and time standing in a queue on the day. It makes sense to pre enter and it helps us to help you:-)

PRE ENTRIES
Sign in and receive your race number at the registration table at the venue. The race number must be written on your forearm/hand please. Marshals will assist.
