SOX 3 Day Trail Run 2022

SOX Trail Run is known as the most diverse 3-day trail run in South Africa and takes place in the Garden Route.

You will run on pristine hiking trails in the mountain on day one, experience the tranquility of our lush, indigenous forest on day two and end off, with day three, along the stunning coastline of the Garden Route.

• Day 1: 30km Mountain Stage  single track, in the Outeniqua Mountains
• Day 2: 30km  Forest Stage in Knysna
• Day 3: 16km Coastal Stage in Wilderness

SOX Sport (the same experience with less the distance)

• Day 1: 25km Mountain Stage  single track, in the Outeniqua mountains
• Day 2: 20km Forest Stage in Knysna
• Day 3: 16km Coastal Stage in Wilderness

SOX Lite

• Day 1: 13km Mountain Stage  single track in the Outeniqua mountains
• Day 2: 10km Forest Stage in Knysna
