Run 4 A Cause 2022

Come join “Run 4 a Cause” for an awesome and fun trail run. The cause that you will be running for this time will be for Raise ‘n Rescue (click here for more info: http://raisenrescue.org.za/)

Date: 23 January 2022

Distance: 5km and 10km (10 km is a loop of 5km)

Cost: 5km – R110. On the day entries (if available) add R30.
Cost: 10km – R130. On the day entries (if available) add R30.

Registration time: 07:00 am

Start time: 10 km 07:30 am and 5 km 07:45am

Prize giving: 09:30 am (Depending on how many people still need to finish)

Walkers are welcome!

Medals: Medals to all finishers.

Prizes: Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female in both distances. 1st Boy & Girl under 18 in the 5km.

Lucky draw prizes by sponsors.

Water points: There will be 1 water point. Please bring own hydration if needed.
