Rhythm Run

Join us for an exhilarating trail running event that goes beyond the thrill of physical challenge – it’s a journey in aid of mental health.

Doran Vineyards will be hosting the inaugural Rhythm Run on 1 July 2023, in association with CLF and CBN. Whether you’re a seasoned trail runner or a novice, the event is open to everyone to participate, unite, and show their solidarity in support of mental well-being.

Doran Vineyards is the birthplace of beautiful, artisan, hand-crafted wines made by committed, passionate individuals and is located right off the R45 on the Swartland border, 14 kilometers from Wellington and 15 kilometers from Paarl.

The event will be managed by the well know team of Onsite Events and Run The Vines.

Come and experience breath-taking trails, delicious wine, scrumptious food, and an amazing atmosphere at Doran Vineyards on the 1st of July. We would love to have you join us!

Race Information: 

5km : Entry Fee: R120 – Start: 9:15

10km : Entry Fee: R150 – Start: 9:00

17km : Entry Fee: R170 – Start: 8:30

Timing with Bouttime. Earn Vitality Points when completing the race.

Please do not leave any valuables in the car. You can leave it at registration.
