KnysnaX Autumn Trail Series

Trail Running at its best. Awesome  route for the KnysnaX Trail Series with a beautiful and proven host venue, Blackwaters River Lodge. Our 18km Route will start with a untimed walk across the train bridge along the Knysna Lagoon. (Please note that the section across the lagoon is a neutral zone and no racing will be allowed on this section) Your race will officially start as you check in at Belvidere and continue all the way through spectacular fynbos and run along the old Knysna Railway.
The fun and scenic 10km route will cross the Goukamma river, offer some scenic views of the historic Choo-Tjoe bridge and pine plantation forests.
The routes include spectacular bridge crossings and breathtaking scenery all along the Knysna Railway. A trail run you do not want to miss

The 18km starts at Caltex Waterfront and finishes at Blackwaters River Lodge. Parking will be available behind Caltex and a shuttle service will be available from Blackwaters River Lodge back to Caltex after the race.
First Shuttle will leave at 10h30 on Sunday morning.
