FOTF Trail Run
After the huge success of our 3rd event and the great feedback from the participants we are excited to announce that the 4th FOTF Trail Run (Fittest On The Farm) will take place on 6 July 2019 at the picturesque Nederburg Wine Estate just outside Paarl.
‘Family and friends are encouraged to also live the fit and healthy lifestyle by taking part in a 5km or 10km Trail Run.
Please note that the run will be a separate event and is not part of the Cross Training Event that will take place on the same day.
The run will meander through the beautiful vineyards on Nederburg as well as the surrounding farms.
