La Capra Goat Run 2022 promises fun and fitness for a good cause

Wine lovers and nature enthusiasts can look forward to the 2022 edition of the much-loved La Capra Goat Run and charity event taking place at Fairview Wine Estate on 12 November 2022.

The annual event caters for participants of all ages and fitness levels and offers a 28km, 15km, 8km and 5km trail run along the beautiful and iconic Paarl Mountain, along with a 5km fun walk.

All sorts of food and drink, including La Capra and Fairview wines and locally brewed beer, will be on offer. The prize giving includes plenty of spot prizes.
