Instructions:

Step 1: Enter your time
Step 2: Choose your distance from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Click on "Create Paceband" button
Step 4: Click on "Print Paceband" button
Step 5: Cut along the border of the paceband
Step 6: Waterproof the band by covering both sides with clear packing tape.
Step 7: Wrap the band around your wrist, covering the bottom tab with the top edge of the band.
