I’ve been a runner for over 12 years now and I’ve seen changes to the sport come and go. As long as I can get from the start to finish of my run comfortably, then nothing much bothers me. Recently, my daughter has begun running with me, which is great. I just can’t cope with her need for me to run in all the latest gear.
