Run on the iconic Whale Trail, which is usually hiked in five days. There are spectacular mountain fynbos, technical rocky ridge lines, sandy beaches and endless vistas.
All finishers receive a medal, and there are prizes for category winners and course record breakers.
Entries are limited to 140 for the single-day event. Entries for the two-day event have closed. There are a variety of accommodation options.
