DESCRIPTION:We care about you and we want you to succeed. \nWe partner with Wine Farms so you can have a safe place to run\, that is well marked and has great views.  And fun\, we want you to have lots of fun. \nThis Full Moon run starts around sunset (Sunset is 7.04pm).  You will need to run with a headlamp or torch as you will finish in the dark.  Start and finish will be at Simons Restaurant who will have a special runners menu available on the evening.  We will be in the function hall.  If you wish to sit and order in the restaurant\, please do book a table with them. \nSuperjog will have a table with trail gear and headlamps for sale \nGroot Constantia is unique in that it has two 5km routes :  \na)  5km pink route – this is an intermediate 5km route with some elevation and fantastic views. DESCRIPTION:Do You Want To Feel The True Thrill Of Running Wild?\nHave you ever wondered what it would be like to run wild and free through true African wilderness? \nImagine being surrounded by the animals\, sights and sounds of the African bush as you test yourself against the incredible distance & mental challenges of an ultra trail run. \nIf you are looking for a truly wild trail running adventure\, then we invite you to take on the Addo Elephant Trail Run through the vast and beautiful Addo Elephant National Park in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. \n\n\n\n\nExperience The Addo Elephant Trail Run\nThe Addo Elephant Trail Run was the first triple ultra distance trail running event in South Africa\, offering a choice of: \n\n100 Mile\n76km\n44km\n\nOriginally founded in 2005\, it is also South Africa’s oldest 100 Mile ultra trail race. \nThe 100 Mile distance was resurrected in 2016 with a new and challenging route that takes runners from one end of the park to the other and back again. \nBoth the 76km and the 44km races take place on sections of the same course\, just with slightly less elevation gain. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe courses also take runners through some of the most remote wilderness in the Addo Elephant National Park\, through areas they would not be able to access any other way.
