(4.8km\, 220m elevation) \nb)  5km yellow route  – this is an entry level 5km route that is relatively flat and pram friendly (5.5km \, 130m elevation) \nRunning both these routes gives you a full 10km (no loop). \nIf you are looking for a long run\, you can do the 10km route followed by any of the 5km routes to make up a 15km run – or do the 10km route twice for a 20km+ \n\nSafe\, Intermediate level 5km\nChallenging 10km\nRun the 10km then 5km for 15km\nRun the 10km x 2 for 21km\nYou can walk any distance\n\nPlease note : you need to finish your run by 10.30am.  This is a stipulation by Groot Constantia \n\nThe 5km and 10km have the option of a Traditional Group Start as runners race for podium positions and prizes for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd.  (junior entries do not get prizes)\nor\, Start at your leisure with the Individual Start.  If you are looking for a fun\,  relaxed day running through a wine farm then this is for you.  Start when you want\, any time up to 9.30am.  No groups\, no crowds\, just you and nature … and you can sleep late.\n15km and 21km are Individual Start only\, there are no positional prizes\, they are designed as L.S.D. training runs (long-slow-distance).\n\nEntries include a R50 Groot Constantia voucher for use at any of the venues on the Estate.

DESCRIPTION:The SOX Trail Run is known as the most diverse 3-day trail run in South Africa and takes place in the Garden Route\, with 90% of the route laid out within the South Africa National Park’s protected property. You will run on pristine hiking trails in the mountain on day one\, experience the tranquility of our lush\, indigenous forest on day two and end off\, with day three\, along the stunning coastline of the Garden Route. \nTaking place from 7-9 August 2021\, this three-day event can be likened to VIP access to some of the most pristine and isolated locations you can experience on our continent. Besides the fact it takes place in the countries top tourist destination it also showcases the complete variety the Garden Route in the Southern Cape has offer. DESCRIPTION:Just 15 km north of Pretoria close to the Roodeplaat dam\, lies a lush bushveld haven waiting to be discovered by trail runners. The third trail run of the Nissan Trailseeker Trail Run Series takes place in what surely must be described as trail running heaven\, the Buffelsdrift Trail Park. The trails have been purpose built to challenge and excite every level of runner and are maintained in pristine condition. The terrain is hard and rocky amongst the grasslands and\, depending on your chosen distance\, will lead you up challenging rocky sections. Gentle bushveld single track makes for ideal game watching\, so keep an eye out for antelope or warthog when out on the trails. DESCRIPTION:Come experience this exclusive opportunity to run on the 5 day Whale Trail hiking route and fantastic vibe at the finish area\, in peak whale watching season. Starting in Potberg the runners will run through indigenous fynbos seeing Proteas and Erica’s in abundance. They will cross rivers and run atop ridgelines before running onto the rocky shores of the Indian ocean. The trail will snake along stunning paths that drift from the beach into coastal forests and along fynbos-covered hills. Runners will experience breathtaking views and possible sightings of the Southern Right whale. When they finally reach the end of the trail in De Hoop Nature Reserve\, they will be filled with a peace and a sense of accomplishment for having completed a trail made in heaven. If 53km is just a few steps too far\, there’s now also a 35km route starting and ending in the same glorious places\, with a well designed cut through that still gives you a taste of everything that the area has to offer
