DESCRIPTION:On the 4th of May 2024 we will host our 5th event on the Run The Vines calendar for the 2024 Series at the astounding Vrede en Lust Wine Estate. \nVrede en Lust is nestled at the foothills of the Simonsberg in South Africa’s most celebrated Franschhoek wine valley. The history of the farm dates back to 1688 and discloses a story of vision\, passion and pride. \nRun The Vines is a Trail Run series for the whole family. Young and old can enter and it is suitable for all fitness levels. Walkers are welcome on the 3km\, 5km and 10km distances. Please do not walk the 17km distance. \nEvent Info: \n3km Oasis Paarl Junior Challenge —  Free  – Start 8:10 \nAdult accompanying a child on 3km  –  R100 \n5km Run The Vines  –  R150  – Start: 8:15 \n10km Run The Vines – R170 – Start: 8:00 \n17km Run The Vines – R190 – Start: 7:30 \nWaterpoints will be available.
