DESCRIPTION:We care about you and we want you to succeed. \nWe partner with Wine Farms so you can have a safe place to run\, that is well marked and has great views.  And fun\, we want you to have lots of fun. \nThis Full Moon run starts around sunset (Sunset is 7.04pm).  You will need to run with a headlamp or torch as you will finish in the dark.  Start and finish will be at Simons Restaurant who will have a special runners menu available on the evening.  We will be in the function hall.  If you wish to sit and order in the restaurant\, please do book a table with them. \nSuperjog will have a table with trail gear and headlamps for sale \nGroot Constantia is unique in that it has two 5km routes :  \na)  5km pink route – this is an intermediate 5km route with some elevation and fantastic views. (4.8km\, 220m elevation) \nb)  5km yellow route  – this is an entry level 5km route that is relatively flat and pram friendly (5.5km \, 130m elevation) \nRunning both these routes gives you a full 10km (no loop). \nIf you are looking for a long run\, you can do the 10km route followed by any of the 5km routes to make up a 15km run – or do the 10km route twice for a 20km+ \nTrailFun – Trail Running on Wine Farms \n\nSafe\, Intermediate level 5km\nChallenging 10km\nRun the 10km then 5km for 15km\nRun the 10km x 2 for 21km\nYou can walk any distance\n\nPlease note : you need to finish your run by 9.30pm.  This is a stipulation by Groot Constantia

The host city Cape Town is a world-class destination that features highly on any ‘must visit’ list. \nThe City is shaped by two oceans and Table Mountain National Park\, a dramatic mountain chain that stretches from Table Bay to Cape Point. \nThe races traverse sections of: \n-Table Mountain \n-Lion’s Head\, Signal Hill \n-Orangekloof \n-Llandudno \n-Hout Bay \n-Constantia Winelands \n-Kirstenbosch Nature Reserve \n-Devil’s Peak \nThese form part of the iconic natural world heritage site and include one of the new Natural Seven Wonders of the World. \nAll four races consist of technical terrain with steep ascents and descents. Weather can vary drastically with near sub-zero temperatures in the early morning on top of Table Mountain  to 30 degrees plus during the latter part of the day. \nParticipants are reminded that the UTCT races are genuine mountain excursions. Our Full Moon Runs have been a hit in the past and now with the easing of regulations\, we thought it would be fitting to do another one. \nCome enjoy the evening with us at Jordan Wine Estate. \nThere will be a 5km and 10km route. We will be starting as the sun goes down\, so be sure to bring a light or a headlamp\, as part of your run will be in the dark. \nNot only will you be able to enjoy a spectacular sunset but also some amazing new single track that has been made available ONLY for the night run. \nThis is not just a run but an evening out\, where you can enjoy music\, good food and superb wine after the run. \nStarting Times and Entry Fees: \n10km – 19:00 – R150 \n5km – 19:10 – R120

DESCRIPTION:Come join us at Capaia Wines for a beautiful Sunset Trail Run. A perfect way to start your weekend\, relax and unwind. \nWhether a novice trail runner or an experienced adventure enthusiast\, we have 3 route options available for all fitness levels.  Plus a gourmet boerie roll included in your entry and fantastic lucky draw prizes. \nRoutes: \n\nA short 4km around the dam and back with a max elevation of 110m.
