DESCRIPTION:Join us at Capaia Wines this Freedom Day and celebrate your #freedomtorun. \nWhether a novice trail runner or an experienced adventure enthusiast\, we have 2 route options available for all fitness levels.  Plus a delicious breakfast bun for the first 50 entrants and fantastic lucky draw prizes. \nRoutes \nA short 5km around the dam and loop down through the vineyards with a max elevation of 110m. Perfect for families and walkers. \nOur 10km is great for intermediate runners\, taking you around the dam and over the rise to some single track which wraps back around and down through the vineyards and back up to the finish with a max elevation of 200m. \nGrab your breakfast bun at Mariella’s Restaurant when you finish.
