DESCRIPTION:Paternoster.  Trail Running.  Nature Reserve.  Weekend Away.  \nStart at the Rock Lobster Pub\, Crayfish Wharf\, head out to the Paternoster Conservation area.  Past the Lighthouse and along the hilltop above Tietiesbaai\, then drop down on to the fisherman’s path for a singletrack run on the shoreline back to the Rock Lobster for an amazing finish. \nOnly once a year\, are you able to run through the Columbine Nature Conservatory. On top of the dune looking down into the Nature Reserve below\, before you drop down onto the fisherman’s path and return along the coastline in the Reserve\, the waves crashing next to you as you run. \nStart and finish at the famous Crayfish Wharf. \nThis is a great entry level run if you are looking for an introduction to trail running. \nGoodie bag with every entry.

DESCRIPTION:What better way to celebrate all hallows eve than a spooky moonlight run through the hills? \nGet into the sprit of Halloween\, and trick or treat your way around either the 5km or 10km courses\, followed by a thoroughly ghoulish Halloween party at Mont Marie. \nTrails will be well marked and marshalled\, as well as paramedics on site\, and there will be a drinks table on route on the 10km route. \nGreat prizes will be up for grabs\, not only for the fastest\, but also for the best (or should we say worst) dressed runners out on the course. \nThe entry fee includes a after party at Mont Marie\, (including dinner) for all runners. There are also a limited number of non runner entries available for those just coming for the party. DESCRIPTION:The Stellenbosch Full Moon Series heads back to Ernie Els wines. This venue has the most incredible single tracks that only mountain bikers can access.
