DESCRIPTION:Run The Vines is a series of trail runs that started in March 2015 when the owner of Onsite Events decided to host events that will encourage family and friends\, young and old to have a healthy lifestyle by taking part in events that will accommodated all fitness levels. \nInfo:  \n5km  –  R2 400 \n10km – R2 700 \n17km –  R3 100 \nNormal entries for the series will be R130 for the 5km\, R150 for the 10km and R180 for the 17km or longer. \nThe price will only increase if the run is in conjunction with a festival and the hosting farm are charging us extra for the festival. \nAll events will be timed with Webscorer and your R10 timing fee per event is included in the entry. \nWater points will not be the same at all events. The routes are fairly easy with some hills    with no technical single track on the routes. SUMMARY:Resort Trail Run\, St Francis Amanzi Challenge
DESCRIPTION:The Resort Trail Run is part of the 2nd St Francis Amanzi Challenge and will take place on Sunday 19 March at 08h00.  Distances are 5km (walkers welcome)\, 10km and 21km however no dogs are allowed. \nOnline entries close on Saturday 18 March at 18h00.  The 1st 50 online entries done by 10 March will receive a free Amanzi Challenge T-shirt\, in blue\, as this event is part of #worldwaterrun.  Please sign up for this on www.worldwaterrun.com and come dressed in blue. \nOn the day entries will be possible but a penalty fee will be payable. \nThe entry fees are: \n5km:  R50 (on the day R80) \n10km:  R100 (on the day R150) \n21km:  R150 (on the day R180) \nThe run starts and finishes at the Cape St Francis Resort\, Da Gama Rd\, Cape St Francis and takes runners through this beautiful coastal village and its nature reserves.  A donation will be made to FOSTER who looks after these reserves. \nThere will be waterpoints where possible\, but it is advised to be self-sufficient. \nMore information: www.stfrancissport.co.za
