Perfect for families and walkers. \nOur longer 10km is great for intermediate runners\, taking you around the dam and over the rise to some single track which wraps back around and down through the vineyards and back up to the finish with a max elevation of 200m. \nWe have added a new 21km which will be a great option for the experience trail runners looking for a challenge. \nGrab your boerewors roll at Mariella’s Restaurant when you finish. DESCRIPTION:As part of the Greyton ReWild Weekend on 7-9 October\, on the Friday evening (7 October)\, you can explore the trails around Greyton by moonlight.  There will be a 6km and 12km full moon trail run.  The race is organised by the non-profit\, Wild Restoration\, in partnership with the Greyton Trail Running Society\, the people who have brought you Greyton Brew Run and Mountain Marathon. \nAll the proceeds go to alien clearing and rewilding the mountains around Greyton.  A headtorch is required for the 12km and recommended for the 6km (a torch on a phone will work too). \nDistances and routes \n\n12km Trail Run – for the more experienced trail runner\, with two big hills and total climbing of 400m.\n6km Trail Run (or walk) – a flat\, easy route suitable for walkers\, families and children. 100m total climbing.

SUMMARY:Leopard Run 2022
DESCRIPTION:The weekend will kick off with a prologue\, which can be undertaken from 8am to 4pm on the Friday. The 10 kilometer long prologue or “kloofing” route requires swimming and a scramble or two in order to reach the Cedar Falls waterfall and fill your Leopard Run bottle. \nStage 1\, which takes place on the Saturday\, is the big mountain day. 34 kilometers of scintillating mountain running through diverse landscapes of high passes and narrow gullies awaits the Leopard Run adventurers. \nThe third and final stage\, on the Sunday\, the flow of mountain meadows day\, features a 23 kilometer long route; the option of a further kilometer of scenic detours.
