DESCRIPTION:We care about you and we want you to succeed. \nWe partner with Wine Farms so you can have a safe place to run\, that is well marked and has great views.  And fun\, we want you to have lots of fun. \nThis Full Moon run starts around sunset (Sunset is 7.04pm).  You will need to run with a headlamp or torch as you will finish in the dark.  Start and finish will be at Simons Restaurant who will have a special runners menu available on the evening.  We will be in the function hall.  If you wish to sit and order in the restaurant\, please do book a table with them. \nSuperjog will have a table with trail gear and headlamps for sale \nGroot Constantia is unique in that it has two 5km routes :  \na)  5km pink route – this is an intermediate 5km route with some elevation and fantastic views. SUMMARY:Longmore Forest Endurance Run (LoFER)
DESCRIPTION:The LoFER is a 100 Mile\, 50 Mile\, 50km or 30km endurance ultra run through the beautiful Longmore Forest Reserve in the Eastern Cape \nThe Longmore Forest Endurance Run (aka The LoFER) is a collaboration between MTO Forestry Eco-Tourism\, Live Adventure and Andy Wesson Consulting. \nThe proposed routes for the race will consist of mostly forestry road and jeep track\, so will be very runnable\, and we expect as a result that this race will be one of the faster ultra courses in SA. \nThe LoFER Mini 50km & LoFER Micro 30km routes will share a small portion of the main LoFER route before branching off to establish their own unique identies as races. \nAll 100 Mile\, 50 Mile & 50km runners will bag the peak of Blouberg\, which at ~810m above sea level\, is the highest peak in the area. \nNOTE: 30km runners will not summit Blouberg.
