The distance is subject to change and will be confirmed in the Final Race Instructions (FRI). \nEntries open on 22 November 2022 at 12h00 and close on 9 December 2022. \nTotal number of entries will be capped at 20\,000. \nThe entry period will close at 16h30 on 9 December 2022 or once the entry cap of 20 000 has been reached\, whichever comes first.

DESCRIPTION:The Milkwood Run is staged at the Soetwater Resort behind Kommetjie on the southernmost west coast of the Cape. The 21.1km scenic route winds its way along the coast from Kommetjie to Scarborough with magnificent views of the coast line. \nThere is two other route option a 10km and 5km fun run\, that runners are also able to take in the beauty of coast line. \nWe have embraced the ethos of a GREEN event\, with no littering on route and runners are rewarded with a tree sapling at the finish. \nMilkwood Run attracts runners from all over Cape Town and even out of town runners. \nHOW TO ENTER:\n\nEntries are open\, please enter online.\nEntries are limited\, so enter early.\nYou have two entry options\n\nIndividual Entry Form\nGroup Entry Form
