DESCRIPTION:As part of the Greyton ReWild Weekend on 7-9 October\, on the Friday evening (7 October)\, you can explore the trails around Greyton by moonlight.  There will be a 6km and 12km full moon trail run.  The race is organised by the non-profit\, Wild Restoration\, in partnership with the Greyton Trail Running Society\, the people who have brought you Greyton Brew Run and Mountain Marathon. \nAll the proceeds go to alien clearing and rewilding the mountains around Greyton.  A headtorch is required for the 12km and recommended for the 6km (a torch on a phone will work too). \nDistances and routes \n\n12km Trail Run – for the more experienced trail runner\, with two big hills and total climbing of 400m.\n6km Trail Run (or walk) – a flat\, easy route suitable for walkers\, families and children. 100m total climbing.

DESCRIPTION:We care about you and we want you to succeed. \nWe partner with Wine Farms so you can have a safe place to run\, that is well marked and has great views.  And fun\, we want you to have lots of fun. \nThis Full Moon run starts around sunset (Sunset is 7.04pm).  You will need to run with a headlamp or torch as you will finish in the dark.  Start and finish will be at Simons Restaurant who will have a special runners menu available on the evening.  We will be in the function hall.  If you wish to sit and order in the restaurant\, please do book a table with them. \nSuperjog will have a table with trail gear and headlamps for sale \nGroot Constantia is unique in that it has two 5km routes :  \na)  5km pink route – this is an intermediate 5km route with some elevation and fantastic views. DESCRIPTION:We are excited about hosting this event at Webersburg Wine Estate\, in partnership with the beautiful neighbouring farm\, Alto Wine Estate. Come run on the slopes of the Helderberg mountain and enjoy the beautiful vineyards and some fun single tracks. \nThere will be a 5km and 10km route. We will be starting as the sun goes down\, so be sure to bring a light or a headlamp (compulsory)\, as a part of your run will be in the dark. \nNot only will you be able to enjoy a spectacular sunset but also some amazing single track that has been made available ONLY for the night run. \nStarting Times and Entry Fees: \n10km – 19:00 – R165 \n5km – 19:10 – R135 \nRegistration and late entries (if available): \n17: 30 – 18:45 at the venue on the day of the event \nGeneral: \n•    One water point is available on the long course – please carry your own cup or soft flask (Covid regulations) \n•    Headlights or a torch is compulsory. \n•    Please SHARE A RIDE with a friend\, to reduce traffic to the venue \n•    Keep an eye on our Facebook page (‘Runventures’) and website for route profiles and updated information. \nMore information: www.runventures.co.za

DESCRIPTION:After a break of almost 2 and a half years we are back!!! \nThe Wagon Trail Breweries are a “any type of runner” friendly night run that we have been hosting for almost 4 years at the majestic Anura Wine Estate near Klapmuts. The routes are fairly easy and flat with almost no technical single track on the routes. Most of the route is normal farm roads. \nRunners will be able to do a 5km (Family Friendly) route as well as a more challenging 10km route. \nMedals for all finishers. \nOnly 1st place prizes. The rest will be lucky draw’s!! \nInfo: \n5km  –  R120  –  Start at 18:35. Will start 5 min later than 10km to allow timing system to start correctly. \n10km  –  R120  – Start 18:30 \nLate entry fee  –  R20 \nPlease make sure that your online entry is fully paid before the event. If you enter online but do not pay your entry you will have to pay the R20 late entry fee on the day. \nPizzas\, Great Wine\, Amazing Craft Beer\, Stunning Venue and a Great vibe!!! \nAll Covid regulations will be in place as per the regulations at the venue.
