cant anybody explain pls. Its been here almost a year now without an explanation. Does anybody at runnersworld even read the stuff they publish I am starting to wonder…?
3km = run 3km to start
1 x ’10-10′ = do 1 ’10-10′ (i.e. run 10 minutes at a pace that is 20 seconds/km slower than your goal race pace)
3km = run 3 km to finish
