    Hello,

    Can you please help me understand the TUESDAY sessions?

    For e.g. in week 1 -

    Kindly elaborate how one would do the following:

    3km
    1 x 10′ – 10′ (I especially do not understand this..)
    3km

    Thank you

    3km = run 3km to start

    1 x ’10-10′ = do 1 ’10-10′ (i.e. run 10 minutes at a pace that is 20 seconds/km slower than your goal race pace)

    3km = run 3 km to finish
