Entries are open for the 41st Medihelp Sunrise Monster, taking place on Saturday, 3 March 2018. This race is well-known amongst the road running community and has a reputation for being a challenging, but rewarding experience! The tough 32km race is the ideal conditioner for ultra-marathon athletes but the event also offers a 10km Mini Monster and a very enjoyable 5km Baby Monster. The Medihelp Sunrise Monster meanders its way through the Groenkloof Nature Reserve and residential area, traversing 12 picturesque suburbs of Pretoria. The undulating route is not for the faint-hearted, but the scenic surroundings present the ideal opportunity to spend a healthy morning outdoors – whether you’re a serious athlete who aspires to qualify for the Comrades or just a regular runner looking to have some fun with your family and friends.
