Banana, Blueberry & PB Wrap

This unusual wrap is perfect high-energy fuel before or after an invigorating morning run.

The blueberries add a tangy flavour burst as well as antioxidant, anti-ageing and cancer-fighting benefits.

Ingredients

6 x 63g tortillas
6 large bananas, sliced
6 tablespoons peanut butter
6 teaspoons honey
180g fresh blueberries
30g oat bran

Make It

Spread each wrap with the peanut butter and honey. Sprinkle the oat bran over and place sliced banana on the side of the wrap. Spoon the blueberries next to the banana and wrap everything up together. Serve straightaway with a fresh glass of orange juice.
