A 1 250kJ cupcake contains lots of sugar and not many nutrients. But since you run and eat right, a daily indulgence is no problem.But, make sure though, that your ‘healthy’ diet really is just that.
Every day you should eat three cups of vegetables, three pieces of fruit, six servings of whole grains, two to three servings of dairy, 170 to 230g protein, and a bit of healthy fat.
