I would switch yoghurt and potatoes, there’s nothing wrong with some plain old taters, or sweet potatoes, just don’t cover them with unhealthy extras.
thanks for the article – should be elaborated a bit further though, because red meat as such is not a contributor to weight gain. Neither are plain potatoes…..on the other hand nuts might be…
