After following about 121 000 men and women for 20 years, researchers at Harvard University published a study in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2011 that documented the foods and drinks most and least associated with gaining weight. Dietician Lauren Antonucci gives the benefits or drawbacks of each.

    I would switch yoghurt and potatoes, there’s nothing wrong with some plain old taters, or sweet potatoes, just don’t cover them with unhealthy extras.

    thanks for the article – should be elaborated a bit further though, because red meat as such is not a contributor to weight gain. Neither are plain potatoes…..on the other hand nuts might be…
