Ryan Takes First In Hong Kong 100

Ryan Sandes has won the Vibram Hong Kong 100 Ultra Trail Marathon in a record time of 9hrs55min.

This time is almost 2 hours quicker than the previous record set, 11hrs48min.

Having led from check point 7 he was able to create more than a 10 min lead over his nearest competitor.

We’ll have a comment from Ryan as soon as he gets near his phone or computer.

A massive congrats, as always, from all of us at Runner’s World.
