The Comrades Marathon Roadshow is coming soon to a city near you! Runners take heed; the CMA is determined to see you achieve your goals in the 2013 Ultimate Human Race. You can look forward to an educational, motivational and inspirational talk with expert advice!
Consisting of various workshops, this CMA innovation aims to provide all runners with the training and injury prevention tips necessary not only to start the race, but to count themselves among the finishers of the world’s most challenging ultra-marathon.
