It’s getting light later and later in the mornings, and it’s getting really hard to get up for your morning run.
Your mission is to get up and out the door – even when it seems like the rest of the world is snoozing.
Set your coffeemaker to brew your joe 10 minutes before your alarm, so you wake to the smell of coffee. No coffee maker? Get the ingredients ready the night before.
Sip your caffeine as you get dressed (in gear you laid out the night before), and carry your mug to the end of your driveway for a last sip before your workout.
Set out on a well-lit route.
Once you’re running, you’ll feel good and want to continue. And you’ll feel better all day because you did.
What are your secrets to getting up and out the door at the crack of dawn? Let us know!
