  • Drop your back knee to the floor and let your hips sink toward the floor.
  • Hold for 10 seconds on each side.
  • Repeat

  • Lift and lower the outside of your hip.
  • Start with 15 repetitions.
  • Build to 30.

  • Lift your leg as high as you can without compromising form.
  • Start with 15 repetitions.
  • Build to 30.
