Runner's World Magazine
Runner's World Magazine offers running advice on road running, triathlon training, 5k, 10k running and Comrades and Two Oceans marathon training.
Crowds of spectators line the final 2km, supporting runners for more than just the final 50m sprint.
A unique race T-shirt will be given to the first 3 500 entries. Medals will be awarded to all finishers in both the 10km run and 5km Fun Run/Walk. There will be lots of lucky draw prizes up for grabs.
A portion of your entry fee will be donated to The Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women / Children.
Pre-entries are now closed, but you can still enter on race day.
