Show solidarity and support during National Women’s Month by competing in the 2011 Totalsports Ladies Race!
Early entries will receive an official race T-shirt and medals will be awarded to all finishers. Walkers, joggers and runners of all ages are encouraged to celebrate Women’s Month by either taking part in the 5km or 10km run/walk. Moms with prams are welcome, while husbands, friends and family are encouraged to join in the fun and show support on route. With awesome prizes up for grabs, the 2011 Totalsports Ladies Race is an event not to be missed.

The hill at the start was quite daunting but overall it was a good, well organized, fun and we had a great time.
Was great and well organised just like last year. Loved the Nedbank Greenmile – just what you need on that last hill. Thank you to all
Race itself well organised, with lots of marshals who had tough times with the traffic on Beyers Naude but handled it well and with a smile.
Admin not so good, my entry was lost. And collection of numbers only during holiday weekend is a hassle.
Lastly – but that’s not exclusively for this race – I still can’t comprehend why entering online is more expensive instead of less.
Very well organised and lots of fun. This was my first race and the atmosphere really pushed me to run what was then my best time, 55 minutes. Will definitely do it again
