This was an awesome event. My first real Trial run and loved it. We had to cross a river, on a small little ledge and again later using a “hangbrug”. I do hope this one stays on the calender, as it is not only beautiful but a lot of fun. Was tougher then a road race but not so tough that you don’t get hooked on trial running.

What a lovely race! Beautiful scenery, challenging and very rewarding!! Please continue this annually on the race calender and as part of the Schoemanskloof Citrus Festival. Well done to the organisers and to the participants.

This was so much fun! Also my first official Trail fun and am looking forward to doing others as this showed me how much fun it can be! The river crossing and swing bridge added to the fun-factor. Thanks to the organisers for a great race and sure hope it will become a regular on the running calendar.

Absolute awesome! My first trail race and I enjoyed it very much. Thanks to the organisers, I’ll be there again next year. A superb route, quite challenging!
