Ryan Scott received a message from Ryan Sandes: “Hey bro, you keen to do a longish run tomorrow? Say 6am start… maybe 6:30am? I’m looking to do 5-6hrs, but you can join for the first few. My legs are smashed, so it will be relaxed.” Scott made sure the route had long exit shoots off the mountain and agreed to the session.
The mega run was in aid of Sandes next event in Australia, which he will be heading to in early May. Before he travels, the Ryan2′s would love you to come and do a short section of the same trail – less than 40 minutes of chilled out trail running, with the option to turn back at any point.
Afterwards, you are invited to take a shower and even do a gym or spin session at the Velocity Sports Lab gym, Hout Bay.
