Description
The route is undulating, all finishers receive a medal, the first 700 finishers receive a t-shirt and there will be lucky draw prizes up for grabs.
The organisers tried really hard to hold a good event. Unfortunately it poured the morning before the race which probably limited it to a small field and led to the race starting 15mins late. The course was enjoyable and had a bit of everything. It was a neat touch by the organisers to make the second lap slightly different to the first. The 6am start was enjoyable, just the waterpoints seemed a bit inexperienced and the softdrinks were the Sponsor’s housebrand which tasted slightly different. Awesome t-shirt!
The Organisers tried hard just feel that it would have been nice if they provided transport back to the venue after completing the street mile then i could have taken my children with to compete in the street mile otherwise i will go back every year it was an awesome race
